My Story: The Journey to Holistic Healing
“My journey into holistic healing emerged during one of the most stressful and transformative periods of my life.”
My journey into holistic healing emerged during one of the most stressful and transformative periods of my life.
I was navigating profound family challenges alongside mounting physical and emotional strain. Over time, the chronic stress took a toll on my body, and I developed an autoimmune condition, alopecia areata, that reflected how deeply my system was overwhelmed. This experience became a turning point. Rather than approaching my body as something broken, I began listening more closely. Through natural, integrative practices including sound healing, Kundalini yoga, meditation, visualization, and a clean whole‐foods diet; I focused on calming my nervous system, nourishing my body, and tending to the deeper wounds of family and childhood trauma. I also learned the importance of creating a life rooted in self‐respect, self‐love, and honoring my own rhythms. Within six months, my body responded profoundly, and the autoimmune condition resolved.
This personal healing awakened a calling to support others walking similar paths.
I dedicated myself to rigorous study and embodied practice, completing Ayurvedic Practitioner Level I and Level II training with Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute, becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and earning Level II certification in Sound Healing through the Gong Avatar Academy. Most recently, I completed my Massage Therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina, LMBT 23188.
My work is grounded not only in training, but in daily devotion. I maintain a consistent sadhana, a personal spiritual practice that includes morning meditation, pranayama, and sound. This practice continually refines my presence, deepens my listening, and ensures that the care I offer is lived, embodied, and authentic.
Today, I create spaces where clients feel safe to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I understand how vulnerable it can be to seek support, and I walk alongside each person with compassion, reverence, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence.
My Philosophy & Approach
I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends Ayurvedic wisdom, therapeutic bodywork, nervous system regulation, and ritual based care. Healing is not something to force, it is something to allow. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and deeply personalized, supporting lasting change rather than temporary relief.

The Meaning of Aum Radha
AUM is the primordial vibration—the sound of creation itself—representing the unity of body, mind, and spirit. It is the resonance beneath all life, guiding the nervous system back to coherence, harmony, and wholeness.
Radha symbolizes the heart’s devotion, divine love, and the soul’s intimate relationship with truth. She represents receptivity, compassion, and the power of healing through love, presence, and deep listening.
Together, AUM and Radha embody the balance of vibration and devotion, structure and surrender, sound and heart. Together they are a like a mantra leading us to remembering who we truly are, unconditional love. This union reflects our approach to healing: grounded in ancient wisdom, guided by nature, and centered on honoring the body as a sacred vessel for restoration and remembrance.
